Every project starts with information gathering. Send us your inspiration, project requirements and goals to help us learn what drives you. As we begin to work together, we can assist in guiding you through the process. We can give you as little or as much help as you need.

Staff are always available to guide you and help you find the perfect product for your project. Our always-free, streamlined showroom experience is designed to inspire, not overwhelm.

Book one of our three in-home services below. During the appointment, we can measure, discuss design options, and narrow down your choices.
So, you’re not sure what you want yet. That’s alright! Let us take care of everything. Fill in your info and a design specialist will contact you. Show us your photos. Tell us what you like and what you want to change. What’s your favorite color for the project?
Our team will collaborate and pull together 3 looks to bring to you (Three looks are three potential design choices, color schemes will be based on the info we gather here).
What’s Included:
- Two hour visit from our design staff. We will help get you excited about the project and relaxed about the process.
- After info gathering, we will prepare three storyboards/looks for you.
- Our design professional will visit your home with this initial round of samples selected for you.
- Black Box measure if necessary (designer will decide).
- We’ll select a second round of samples to share with you, either in-home or in our showroom.
Costs:
- $350.00 non-refundable.
- Additional consultation or product search can be billed at $125.00 per hour at designer’s discretion
- Additional home visits beyond those included in the package will be billed at $150.00
Visited the showroom with friends and saw something you liked? Tell us what it is and we will bring it to your home. A product-experienced staff member will visit your home and consult with you on color and design. You will make the final choices, but we will help and advise you.
SRS is our standard in-home consultation service. Upon request, a product specialist will visit your home and bring requested products. Our product specialist will record the measurements and help you choose. The fee for the visit will be applied as credit to any future order.
We want to help get you excited about the project and relaxed about the process. We will send a specialist to you. All we need is a few details.
What’s Included:
- Specialist will bring item(s) of your choice to your home
- We will record all necessary measurements, project and product details.
- At your request, we can supply an in-home estimate (wi-fi dependent).
- Visits are limited to two hours.
- One visit per customer.
Costs:
- $150.00 charge — to be applied as a credit on a future purchase
We can send a measurement specialist to you and document the project using the latest in laser imaging and 3-D camera technology. Precise measurements mean fewer in-home visits, faster turnarounds, and an easier and less stressful project.
What’s Included:
- The measurement technician will visit and document your project using the latest in laser and photos.
- Any samples borrowed from the store can be returned by the technician.
- Receive an estimate by email.
Costs:
- Our Black Box Measurement service comes at no charge, but is only available after visiting one of our showrooms.
